ADIDDD platform

Avantaro team delivered an interactive platform for the ADIDDD client. The Intercommunity Development Association for Pest Control, Insect Control, Disinfection is based in Bucharest and focused on activities related to pest control, insect control and disinfection (http://www.adiddd.ro).

The ADIDDD client needed a platform through which the population of the city of Bucharest could access information regarding the legislation, the types of treatments (pest control, insect control and disinfection) and the calendar of the treatments (date and places).

The IT platform should be easy to access and interactive. The main treatments supervised by ADIDDD are: treatment of cockroaches in the basements of the blocks, treatment against mosquitoes, treatments against rats and treatments against ticks. Notification forms were created to inform the authorities of the existence of these insects and animals.

After completing the forms, users receive a registration number and a confirmation email. At this step, the process of approving or denying the request is triggered.

The ADIDDD official can better manage the requests and the approval process. In this way, human errors are eliminated and the response speed is increased. There is also a data control regarding the information entered by the users.

The calendar of the treatments informs the population of the city when to avoid the area of treatments. Also, reports when the treatments will be done or have been done.

The citizens of Bucharest can participate in monitoring the activity of the company that performs the sanitation, but also sending suggestions and complains. They can monitor in real time the ULV(Ultra Low Volume Fogging) cars in Bucharest.

In summary, the IT platform developed by Avantaro for ADIDDD has successfully addressed the organization’s needs, providing an accessible and interactive solution for residents of Bucharest. This platform has streamlined reporting, improved approval processes, enhanced transparency, and promoted citizen participation in pest control and disinfection activities, ultimately contributing to a more efficient and responsive public service.
